Prepaid packages, promotional offers, gift certificates, and membership payments are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. Membership cancellation and package expiration terms are governed by the terms provided at the time of purchase.

This depends on scalp condition, product buildup, hair type, and goals. We can recommend an appropriate schedule after evaluating your scalp and discussing your routine.

• Can I get a head spa if I have extensions, color-treated hair, or a sensitive scalp?
  In many cases, yes, but please tell us about extensions, recent chemical services, sensitivities, allergies, or scalp conditions before your appointment so the treatment can be adjusted appropriately.

• Will my hair be blow-dried after a head spa?Head Spa Rituals conclude with your selected scalp and hair treatments. Blow-drying and hairstyling are not included, so guests should plan to leave with damp hair. We recommend bringing a hair tie, clip, or other preferred accessory for your comfort after your service.

Gratuities are not included in service pricing. While never required, gratuities are always appreciated and may be given directly to your service provider in recognition of an exceptional experience. The amount is entirely at your discretion.

Some treatments may not be appropriate during pregnancy, with certain medical conditions, medications, recent procedures, or other contraindications. We may recommend an alternative service or require medical clearance when appropriate.
